Commercial space for a marine business is available at Fambridge Yacht Haven on the River Crouch in Essex, in south-east England.

The property comprises a 2,023sq ft boat shed and a 320sq ft workshop, and is suited to marine engineering companies, boat repair specialists, boat builders and other marine trades seeking a location with direct access to boat owners and the wider East Coast boating market.

The units are within the marina, which has 200 pontoon berths, more than 120 swinging moorings, boatyard lifting and storage facilities and other services.

Fambridge Yacht Haven is operated by Yacht Havens Group.

New tenant to add to services

Burrell says the new tenant is expected to add to the services available at the marina.

Fambridge Yacht Haven has 220 fully serviced berths for yachts up to 18m and is located in North Fambridge on the River Crouch. Services include berthing, boatyard facilities and free parking. The River Breeze Clubhouse and Ferry Boat Inn pub are also on site.

Other services include yacht maintenance and repairs, yacht brokerage and new boat sales.

Fambridge Yacht Haven is part of Yacht Havens Group, which was established in 1972 and remains family-owned. The group operates nine locations across the UK and the Netherlands.
