Cockwells Modern & Classic Boatbuilding will exhibit at Metstrade 2025 for the first time, joining its sister companies in the Pendennis Group to present a collective refit and new-build capability in the show’s Superyacht Zone (Hall 8, Stand 08.173).
The UK boatbuilder, known for its bespoke superyacht tenders and Duchy Motor Launches, will appear alongside Pendennis Shipyard, Pendennis Vilanova and Norfolk Interiors. It marks the first time all four businesses within the Pendennis Group have exhibited together on one stand, highlighting the group’s integrated approach to refit, new build and interior design.
“We are proud to offer our clients access to a wide range of expertise and resources – from bespoke tenders and new builds to refits, joinery and marina services,” says Stephen Hills, commercial director at the Pendennis Group. “Whether you are exploring options for a new tender, a refit or a custom build, the Cockwells team will be on hand to discuss your requirements, and our colleagues from across the Pendennis Group will also be available to share insights into their specialist services.”
Toby Allies, managing director of the Pendennis Group, says that grouping all four divisions under one display reflects the company’s expanding refit portfolio: “As one of only six refit cluster stands at Metstrade 2025, this provides an invaluable opportunity for attendees to discover the four distinct branches of our company and how they feed into each other.”
The stand will feature a 360-degree ‘floating island’ design, with hospitality, Wi-Fi and meeting areas. For Cockwells, the show offers a platform to showcase tenders developed for superyacht refits such as Marala and Malahne, alongside other specialist projects built at its facilities in Mylor Creek, Cornwall.
Metstrade takes place from 18–20 November 2025 at the RAI Amsterdam, filling all halls this year. Henry Ward, design director at Cockwells, will represent the company alongside Hills.
