MDL Marinas is offering UK-based boat viewings to coincide with boot Düsseldorf, which opens on 17 January 2026. From 17 to 25 January, the company will host appointment-led viewings across selected UK marinas.
The programme allows visitors to step on board a range of boats without travelling to Germany, including models that are not being shown at boot Düsseldorf.
The viewings will run alongside the Düsseldorf show, and will take place across all three of MDL’s River Hamble marinas in Southampton: Hamble Point, Port Hamble and Mercury. These include boat brands Arcona Yachts, Beneteau Sail, Chaparral, Dehler, Delta Powerboats, Dufour, Finnmaster, Hanse, Lagoon, Moody, Navan, Nord Star, Prestige, Protector Boats, Ryck, Sargo, Saxdor Yachts, Sealine, Sur Marine Luxury Tenders and XO Crossover.

Meanwhile, MDL’s Ocean Village Marina will be showcasing boats from Absolute, Aquila and Fairline.
MDL’s Penton Hook Marina on the Thames is offering visitors the chance to step aboard boats from Ryck and Sealine, with Balt Yachts offering viewings at nearby Bray Marina.
Tim Mayer, sales and marketing director at MDL Marinas, says: “Boat shows offer a convenient way to see a myriad of boats all in one space, but it’s not always practical for everyone to travel. Instead, we’re offering visitors a real-world experience – getting on the boats, opening lockers, sitting at the helm and having proper conversations with brokers. It’s straightforward, convenient and often a much better way to decide if a boat is right for you.”

All viewings are by appointment. Interested buyers can request a private viewing during the 17 – 25 January period, after which the relevant broker will contact them to arrange a suitable time.
MDL Marinas Group is a UK-based marina and water-based leisure provider operating 18 marinas in the UK and one in Spain. The group manages more than 160 cruising destinations across the UK, France and Spain.
