Roam Boats has launched the C12 Dive Catamaran, a vessel specifically designed for professional diving and yacht tender operations.

The firm says that the aluminium twin-hull vessel combines offshore performance, stability and passenger comfort with a design tailored for dive expeditions.

The C12 accommodates up to 14 guests and two crew, featuring a shallow 0.6m draft, an open deck and a beach-lander platform for direct access to shallow shorelines.

Designed with dive operations in mind, the catamaran features dedicated dive amenities, including tank racks, BCD donning stations and configurable equipment storage.

The jet-drive propulsion helps minimise underwater disturbance, and amenities such as Starlink connectivity, modular shading and storage racks have been included for improved comfort.

Available in two configurations, a high-end finish suitable for integration with superyachts, or commercial-grade for dive operators and charter fleets. The modular deck layout allows for conversion into a guest tender with removable benches, dive racks and equipment storage.

Josh Richardson, CEO of Roam, comments: “While there are catamaran tenders and multipurpose dive boats out there, not many have been designed entirely around divers.

“Most platforms are adapted leisure or guest tenders, but the C12 was conceived from day one for dive operations, and every detail serves that purpose. With its aluminium construction and Roam’s adaptable ethos, the C12 is engineered to evolve with its owner’s needs, balancing performance, practicality and versatility.”
