Carlo Alberto Sisto takes the helm as CEO of Azimut do Brazil

Azimut has announced Carlo Alberto Sisto as the new CEO of Azimut do Brazil, the Group’s subsidiary responsible for local production and development of the brand in the Brazilian market.

This news comes after Andrea Consolini was appointed interim chief executive amid internal reorganisation.

The appointment marks a new phase of growth for Azimut in Brazil. Sisto will oversee Azimut’s strategic and industrial direction in Brazil, working closely with commercial director Roy Capasso, who will report directly to him.

Under his leadership, the firm plans to advance its approved investment and development programme, focused on expanding production capacity, strengthening brand presence and driving innovation through an updated product range.

Sisto joins Azimut with over 25 years of international experience at CNH Industrial, a global leader in capital goods. His career spans senior positions across North America, Europe, Latin America and the Asia Pacific.

In Latin America, particularly Brazil, Sisto has held key leadership roles, including president of Banco CNH Capital in Curitiba and CFO of CNH Industrial Brazil in Belo Horizonte, overseeing operations. He later became president of CNH Capital North America. Most recently, he served as an executive advisor for the Cogne Acciai Specialisti Group.

Under Sisto’s leadership, Azimut do Brazil aims to further strengthen its position as a benchmark in yacht manufacturing, focusing on industrial development, quality and workforce training.
